1. How long will it generally take to receive my order after placing it on the website?
We use Bring for deliveries, and we only handle shipments of goods under 20 kg. Products ordered online are limited to dry goods that do not require refrigeration. Bring's standard delivery time is 2-4 business days. The pickup location (usually the Bring pickup point closest to your delivery address) and time will be sent to your phone via SMS.
2. What should I do if my received package is missing items or has the wrong items?
We double-check every order against the purchase order when packing to minimize errors. If you receive the incorrect items in your package, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to confirm the issue. Once verified, we will arrange replacements, refunds, or other appropriate corrective measures.
3. How do I request a refund if the item I pre-ordered is out of stock?
If the item you pre-ordered was not shipped due to a temporary shortage, we will remove it from your order. The bank will adjust the advance payment you made at the time of ordering to our updated amount, and customers who have already paid will receive the corresponding refund. The refunded funds will generally be returned to your payment account by the bank within 3-5 business days.
4. If I have a membership card, can I earn points on purchases made on the website?
Because our online and physical stores operate on two separate systems, membership cards from our brick-and-mortar locations cannot currently be used on the online store.
