A-Kuan Chengdu Wide Noodles with Rich Beef Hot Pot Flavor are wide wheat noodles inspired by classic Chengdu style Màocài. The rich broth combines beef flavor with chili, fermented soybeans and aromatic Sichuan spices, creating a flavorful balance of salty, spicy and lightly sweet. A quick, filling meal with authentic Chinese hot pot flair.
Preparation
Add the noodles and seasoning sachets to a bowl. Pour approximately 600 ml boiling water, cover and let sit for 6 minutes. Stir thoroughly before serving.
