A-Kuan Red Oil Wide Noodle Sheets with Spicy Sichuan Flavour are wide wheat noodle sheets inspired by the classic Sichuan dish Hong You Mian Pi (红油面皮). The rich combination of chili oil, Sichuan peppercorns and aromatic spices gives the characteristic málà flavour with both intense heat and the mild numbing sensation from Sichuan peppercorns. The large 140 g serving makes it a filling and authentic Chinese quick meal.
Preparation
Place the noodle sheets in a bowl and pour approximately 650 ml boiling water until they are fully submerged. Let sit for 6 minutes, drain the water and add the oil sauce and seasoning packets. Mix well before serving.

Powder Packet: Sugar, salt, flavor enhancer (E621, E635), flavor (dextrose, salt), cornstarch, maltodextrin, dried shallot, maltodextrin, flavor enhancer (E635), ginger powder, garlic powder, anti-caking agent (E551).
Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten) and sesame.
