A-Kuan Red Oil Noodle Sheets with Spicy & Sour Flavor are wide wheat noodle sheets inspired by the classic Sichuan dish Hong You Mian Pi (红油面皮). The rich combination of chili oil, aromatic vinegar and spices creates the perfect balance of sour, spicy and umami. The extra large 140 g serving is an excellent choice when you want a filling and authentic Chinese quick meal.
Preparation Instructions
Add the noodle sheets to a bowl and pour approximately 650 ml boiling water until they are fully submerged. Let sit for 6 minutes, drain the water and add the oil sauce, vinegar sauce, seasoning powder packet and vegetable packet. Mix well before serving.

Vegetable Packet: Dried carrot, dried bok choy.
