An Nhien Vegan Soy Cutlets is a plant-based meat alternative with a high protein content, made from non-GMO soy protein. After soaking, the soy cutlets develop a firm, meat-like texture, making them perfect for use in both Asian and Western dishes.
Usage
Soak in warm water for 15–20 minutes until softened. Squeeze out excess water, then use them in stir-fries, stews, curries, BBQs, soups, noodle dishes, or fry them as a vegetarian alternative to meat.
