Arawana Instant Dry Yeast is a fast-acting dry yeast ideal for baking bread, rolls, pizza dough and other yeast doughs. The yeast does not need to be dissolved in water beforehand and can be mixed directly into the flour, making baking both simple and convenient.
Usage
Mix the yeast directly into the flour and follow the recipe instructions. A single serving packet of 5 g is suitable for most smaller dough batches and delivers an even, consistent rising result.
