Asli Gado Gado Peanut Sauce Mix is a classic Indonesian spice blend for easily making the popular Gado Gado peanut sauce. With as much as 65% peanuts, the sauce has a rich, nutty flavor that pairs perfectly with boiled vegetables, tofu, tempeh, eggs and rice. Also excellent as a dipping sauce, salad dressing or marinade.
Usage
Mix the desired amount of powder with warm water to create a smooth peanut sauce. Serve with Gado Gado, satay, grilled meat, chicken, tofu, vegetables or as a dipping sauce.
