Asli Stark Gado Gado Peanut Sauce Mix is an Indonesian spice blend for a rich, lightly spicy peanut sauce. With 65% peanuts, chili, garlic, and paprika, you’ll get a full-bodied sauce with balanced heat that’s perfect for the classic Gado Gado dish. The sauce is also excellent for satay, grilled meat, chicken, tofu, and vegetables.
Usage
Add the contents of the packet to approximately 0.5 liters of boiling water while stirring. Let simmer until the sauce reaches your desired consistency. Serve with Gado Gado, satay skewers, grilled dishes, or as a dipping sauce.
