Bai Xiang Wok Noodles with Spicy Crayfish Flavor is a Chinese noodle dish with a rich, spicy taste inspired by the popular spicy freshwater crayfish (Xiao Long Xia) dish. The flavorful sauce, made with Pixian bean paste, chili, garlic and sesame oil, gives the noodles an intense umami flavor with a pleasant heat.

Usage

Cook the noodles in approximately 600 ml of water for 4 minutes. Drain the water, add the sauce and vegetable packet, and mix thoroughly before serving.
