Bibigo Chicken & Lamb Marinad & Sauce Hot & Spicy is a Korean marinade with a rich, sweet-savory flavor. It is excellent for chicken, lamb and other grilled dishes, but also works as a wok sauce or glaze. The combination of soy, chili, garlic and fruit creates a balanced Korean flavor with distinct heat.
Usage
Marinate chicken, lamb or other meat for at least 30 minutes before cooking. It can also be used as a grilling sauce, glaze or wok sauce for meat and vegetables.
