Chungjungone Korean BBQ Bulgogi Marinade is a classic Korean grill sauce with soy, garlic, ginger and sesame. Flavored with pear, pineapple and grapefruit extracts for a balanced sweetness that helps give meat a dark, juicy texture. Perfect for traditional bulgogi and other Korean BBQ dishes.
Directions for use
Marinate thinly sliced beef for at least 30 minutes before cooking or grilling. Also works for pork, chicken, tofu and wok-fried vegetables. Can also be used as a glaze or stir-fry sauce.
