Da Hong Pao Spicy Hot Pot Base is a classic Sichuan hot pot base with intense chili, Sichuan peppercorn and aromatic spice flavors. Its rich broth gets its character from fermented bean paste, fresh ginger and traditional Chinese spices, giving it the authentic numbing and spicy taste that defines Sichuan cuisine. Perfect for both hot pot and other spicy dishes.
Usage
Dilute the contents in approximately 1–1.5 liters of water and bring to a boil. Add meat, seafood, tofu, mushrooms, vegetables and noodles as desired. Can also be used as a base for spicy soups, stews or wok dishes.
