Daesang Sunchang Gochujang is a traditional Korean chili paste made with fermented soybean paste, red chili, and brown rice. It has a balanced combination of heat, sweetness, and rich umami flavor, and is supplied in convenient 60 g portion packs.
Usage
Perfect for bibimbap, tteokbokki, marinades, Korean BBQ, stews, noodles, dipping sauces, and stir-fries. Can also be mixed with sesame oil and vinegar to make a rich, flavorful dressing.
