Daisho Japanese Hot Pot Soup with Seafood is a pre-made hot pot base with a rich umami flavor from miso, gochujang, fish sauce and several types of seafood extracts. The combination of shrimp, krill, mussels and niboshi delivers a rich, authentic Japanese flavor profile with a subtle spicy kick. It is perfect as a base for a classic Japanese hot pot with meat, fish, seafood, tofu, vegetables and noodles.
Usage
Pour the soup base into a pot and heat it up. Add any combination of ingredients you like, such as sliced meat, fish, seafood, tofu, mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, vegetables and noodles. Simmer until all ingredients are fully cooked through, then serve immediately.
