Ebara Sukiyaki Sauce is an authentic Japanese sukiyaki sauce with a harmonious balance of sweetness, saltiness, and umami. It is made with soy sauce, mirin, and bonito broth extract to deliver the classic flavor of the Japanese hot pot dish Sukiyaki. This sauce also works excellently as a marinade, wok sauce, or flavor enhancer for beef, chicken, tofu, vegetables, and noodles.
