Fishwell Sweet Potato Glass Noodles are wide glass noodles made from 88% sweet potato starch. They develop a soft, elastic and easy-to-handle texture once cooked, and are perfect for hot pots, soups, woks, stews and other Asian dishes. The noodles absorb flavors well and retain their structure even with longer cooking times.
Preparation Instructions
Soak the noodles in cold water until softened. Then cook for 5–10 minutes. Suitable for hot pots, soups, woks, stews or paired with meat and vegetables.
