Golden Dragon Hsinchu Thin Rice Noodles are classic Taiwanese rice noodles from Hsinchu, a region famous for its high-quality noodles. Thanks to the blend of rice and cornstarch, the noodles have a firm, elastic texture that works perfectly in stir-fried noodle dishes, soups, and salads.
Usage
Rinse the noodles in cold water and soak until they soften. Boil or prepare them with your remaining ingredients. Works excellently for stir-fried noodles, noodle soups, hot pot and cold noodle salads.
