Golden Lion Job's Tears (Coix Seeds) is a traditional grain widely used in Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine. The grains have a mild, slightly nutty flavor and work excellently in soups, porridge, desserts and health drinks. They can also be cooked together with rice to create a more nutritious meal.
Usage
Rinse before use. We recommend soaking them for a few hours, then boiling them for around 40–60 minutes until the grains are tender. They work great in soups, porridge, desserts, or served alongside rice.
