Golden Lion Pearl Barley is dried grains with a mild, nutty flavor and a substantial texture after cooking. Pearl barley is a versatile grain that works excellently in soups, stews, salads, and as a nutritious alternative to rice. It is also popular in Asian desserts and health drinks.
Usage
Rinse the grains before use. Boil in plenty of water for about 30–40 minutes or until tender. Suitable for soups, stews, salads, porridge, and desserts.
