Hao Ren Jia Hot Pot Soup Base for Beef & Lamb is a mild, aromatic Chinese hot pot base, specially developed for thin slices of beef and lamb. It contains a carefully balanced blend of herbs, spices, and yeast extract that delivers a rich, natural broth with no strong heat.
It works perfectly for Mongolian hot pot, Chinese fondue, or as a base for soups and stews. Simply add water and your favorite ingredients to create a flavorful meal at home.
Usage
- Add the contents of the package to approximately 1,8–2 liters of water and bring to the boil.
- Feel free to add spring onions, onions, or ginger for an even fuller, richer flavor.
- Then cook beef, lamb, vegetables, tofu, mushrooms, noodles and other hot pot ingredients directly in the broth.
