HaoRenJia Mapo Tofu Sauce is a classic Chinese spicy sauce that makes it easy to prepare authentic Mapo Tofu at home. The sauce contains chili bean paste, fermented black beans, garlic, and aromatic spices that give it a rich, spicy, and flavorful Sichuan character. It pairs perfectly with tofu and minced meat, but can also be used as a spice base in wok dishes and other Chinese meals.
Usage
Fry minced meat if desired, add tofu and the entire sauce packet along with a little water. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the flavors are well combined, and serve with freshly cooked rice.
