The package contains spice sauce, dry spice mix and marinade powder that together deliver a rich umami flavor, intense chili heat and the characteristic tingly flavor from Sichuan peppercorns.

Usage

Use to make traditional Sichuan boiled meat with beef, pork or chicken. Also works well with fish, tofu and vegetables.
