Huahai Shunda Green Sichuan Peppercorns are an aromatic premium spice from Sichuan, China. This green Sichuan peppercorn has a fresh citrus aroma, intense flavor, and a characteristic tingling sensation that makes it ideal for mala dishes, hot pot, grilled meat, fish, chicken, and wok cooking.
Usage
Lightly toast the peppercorns before use to enhance their flavor. Use them whole in pots and hot pot, or grind them into a powder for spice blends, marinades, and sauces. The hard black seeds can be sorted out before use.
