Honzukuri Shiro Miso is a Japanese white miso paste in the Shinshu style, made from soybeans, rice, salt, and rice malt. It has a mild, well-rounded, slightly sweet umami flavor that works perfectly for classic miso soup, marinades, dressings, noodle dishes, and stews.
Usage
Use for miso soup, ramen, marinades, dressings, dipping sauces, stews, and stir-fries. Dissolve the miso paste in warm broth, or mix it directly into sauces and marinades.
