House Java Curry Medium is a Japanese curry sauce base with a rich flavor and aromatic spices. Its unique blend of curry, roasted onion powder, garlic, and mandarin peel creates a deep, balanced flavor with medium heat. Perfect for classic Japanese curry with meat, chicken, or vegetables.

Cooking Instructions

Sauté meat and vegetables, then add approximately 1300 ml of water. Bring to a boil and simmer until the ingredients are tender. Remove the pan from the heat, break the curry block into pieces, and stir until dissolved. Then simmer for a further approximately 10 minutes while stirring. Serve with rice or noodles.

Once opened, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible.
