Itsuki Hiroshima Style Spicy Umami Tsukemen is an authentic Japanese tsukemen, where the unfried noodles are served separately and dipped into a rich, spicy umami broth inspired by Hiroshima. The flavorful dipping sauce combines soy, sesame, and chili for a balanced and intense taste experience. The product is free from added MSG.
Preparation
Cook the noodles according to the instructions and rinse them in cold water. Heat the dipping sauce separately and serve by dipping the noodles into the hot broth. Pair perfectly with chashu, soft-boiled eggs, spring onions, cabbage, or sesame seeds.
