Product Description
A classic Japanese hojicha tea from ITO EN, made from carefully roasted green tea. The roasting gives a mild, rounded, nutty flavor with low bitterness and a warm aroma. Perfect for enjoying both hot and cold.
Usage
Hot brewing: Add 1 tea bag to 150 ml water (approx. 95 °C). Let steep for 30 seconds and shake the tea bag three times before removing it.
Cold brewing: Add 1 tea bag to 150 ml cold water. Let steep for 3 minutes and shake the tea bag three times before removing it.
