Traditional kansui noodles made in Spain. Sodium bicarbonate gives the noodles their characteristic yellow color, firm texture, and lightly elastic bite. Perfect for ramen, wonton noodles, lo mein, and other Asian noodle dishes.
Usage
Boil the noodles in plenty of water until the desired texture is reached. Serve in soups, wok-fired noodle dishes, or with any broth and toppings.
