Japanese concentrated hot pot base from Kikkoman with ginger and grated daikon radish. It delivers a rich umami flavor with notes of soy, bonito, kelp, and seafood. Perfect for a warming Japanese hot pot dish.
Usage
Dilute the contents with water at a 1:1 ratio. Makes approximately 250 g of broth and serves roughly 1–2 portions. Add your preferred vegetables, tofu, meat or other ingredients and cook in the pot.
