Product Description

Lee Kum Kee Guilin Style Chili Sauce is a classic Chinese chili sauce inspired by the flavors of Guilin in Guangxi Province. It combines salted chili, fermented bean paste, garlic, and sesame oil to deliver a rich, spicy, and umami-rich flavor. This sauce is especially popular with Guilin rice noodles but also works wonderfully as a dipping sauce, for wok dishes, noodles, dumplings, and marinades.

Usage

Use as a flavor enhancer for Guilin rice noodles, noodle soups, stir-fried dishes, grilled meat, dumplings, and vegetables. You can also mix it with soy sauce, vinegar, or sesame oil to create flavorful dipping sauces and marinades.
