Product Description
Spice mix for making the classic northern Thai Sai Oua sausage. The pack contains an aromatic spice blend and collagen casings to easily make authentic Thai sausages at home.
Usage
Dissolve the spice mix in 100 ml water. Mix with 500 g pork mince and stuff into the included collagen casings. Grill over low heat until the sausages are fully cooked, or bake in the oven at 140 °C for approximately 20 minutes.
