Product Description: Lobo yellow curry paste is a Thai spice paste with aromatic flavors of lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, coriander and chili. It works excellently as a base for classic Thai yellow curry with coconut milk, meat, chicken or vegetables.
Usage: Use the curry paste as a base for Thai curry dishes. Sauté the paste briefly, add coconut milk and your chosen ingredients, then simmer until fully cooked.

Ingredients: Garlic, shallots, vegetable oil (palm, SOY), spices (coriander, ginger, cumin, MUSTARD SEED, fenugreek, turmeric), salt, lemongrass, SHRIMP PASTE (SHRIMP, SALT), chili, galangal.
Allergens: Contains SOY, MUSTARD and SHRIMP (CRUSTACEANS). May contain traces of FISH and MOLLUSKS.
