Megachef Premium Fish Sauce is a premium Thai fish sauce made with 72% fresh anchovies and sea salt. The sauce naturally ferments for up to two years, which gives it a rich umami flavor and a clean, balanced saltiness. It is an obvious choice for Thai and Southeast Asian cooking.
Usage
