White cardamom (Dou Kou) is an aromatic spice widely used in Chinese, Indian and Southeast Asian cuisine. It has a fresh, spicy flavor with subtle citrus notes and works perfectly in slow-cooked dishes, soups, stews, curries and spice blends.
Usage
Use the whole seed pods in soups, stews, broths and braised dishes. You can also crush or grind them for use in marinades, spice blends and baked goods.
