Nongshim Jjajang Rapokki combines soft Korean rice cakes (tteok) with ramyun noodles in a rich black bean sauce (jjajang). This classic Korean street food dish has a savory, slightly sweet flavor with umami from fermented soybeans, and is perfect as a main meal or to share between two people.
Preparation
- Boil approximately 420 ml of water.
- Add the rice cakes, noodles, and sauce packets.
- Simmer for approximately 3.5 minutes stirring until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve immediately.
