Odawaraya Garlic Crunch Oil Original is a Japanese crispy garlic oil made with fried garlic and onion. It adds an intense garlic aroma, satisfying crispness, and rich umami flavor to noodles, rice, dumplings, ramen, salads, and grilled dishes.
Usage
Use as a topping or seasoning for ramen, noodles, rice, dumplings, wok dishes, grilled meat, tofu, salads, and pan-fried vegetables. Stir well before use to evenly distribute the crispy garlic.
