Otafuku Vegan Tonkotsu Ramen Mushroom Base is a concentrated Japanese soup with a creamy tonkotsu-inspired flavor, fully plant-based. It delivers a full, rich umami flavor with notes of mushroom, garlic, and yeast extract, and is perfect for quickly making authentic ramen at home. Mix with hot water to your desired strength and top with noodles, tofu, vegetables, or other favorite toppings.
Usage
Dilute the mushroom base with boiling water at a ratio of approximately 1:5 to taste. Stir well before use. Serve with ramen noodles and optional toppings such as tofu, mushrooms, corn, scallions, or boiled eggs (for vegetarian diets, the egg can be omitted).
