Ottogi Brown Rice Vinegar is a Korean vinegar made with whole grain rice and rice wine. It has a mild acidity, subtle sweetness, and a rounder flavor than regular white vinegar. It works perfectly for Korean salads, dipping sauces, marinades, pickles, and noodle dishes.
Usage
Use as a flavor enhancer in salad dressings, marinades, dipping sauces, pickled vegetables, and Korean dishes. It can also be used to balance sweetness and saltiness in sauces and stews.
