Made from 78% fermented shrimp according to a traditional recipe.
Directions for Use
Use as a seasoning in Thai curries, wok dishes, noodles, soups, dips, and marinades. You can also grind it together with chili, garlic, and lime to create authentic Asian spice pastes and dips.
