Pine Tree Glass Noodles are made from 100% mung bean starch and develop a clear, soft and elastic texture after cooking. They absorb flavors very well and are a staple ingredient in many Asian dishes. Perfect for hot pot, soups, wok, salads and spring rolls.

Directions for use
Soak the glass noodles in warm water for approximately 7 minutes or until softened. Then use in soups, wok-cooked dishes, hot pot, salads or as a filling for spring rolls.
