Product Description
100% natural perilla leaf powder made from freeze-dried perilla leaves to preserve flavor and nutrients. Perilla leaves have a fresh, herbaceous aroma and are widely used in Vietnamese and East Asian cuisine.
Usage
Mix approximately 2 g of powder with 200 ml of water and stir. It can also be added to porridges, soups, smoothies or other dishes for extra flavor and nutrition. Also suitable to mix with sugar, honey or lemon to taste.
