Renuka Shredded Coconut is made from 100% coconut from Sri Lanka. This finely shredded, dried coconut has a naturally rich flavor and works perfectly for baking, desserts, Asian dishes, porridge and muesli. It is a practical pantry staple for both sweet and savory recipes.
Usage
Use directly in cookies, baked goods, coconut balls, desserts, curries, sambal, granola, or as a topping on yogurt and porridge. It can also be lightly toasted in a dry frying pan for a deeper coconut flavor.
