S&B Instant Aka Miso Soup is a classic Japanese instant miso soup with a rich aka miso (red miso), crispy Japanese croutons, seaweed and spring onion. Red miso delivers a deeper, more robust umami flavor than light miso, making the soup extra rich in taste.
Each package contains three convenient single-serve sachets that are easy to prepare with hot water. Perfect as an appetizer, light lunch, or side dish for sushi, rice, and noodle dishes.
Usage
Pour the contents of one single-serve packet into a cup or bowl. Add approximately 160 ml of hot water and stir until the miso paste has dissolved. Serve immediately.
