Sa Giang Shrimp Chips Original are classic Vietnamese shrimp chips that are fried until they turn light, crispy, and airy. They make the perfect snack or side dish for Asian meals. The generous 1 kg package is ideal for both restaurants and families.
Usage
Heat frying oil to approximately 170–180°C. Fry the shrimp chips for a few seconds until they are fully expanded. Let them drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
