Product description
San Ta Spice Mix for Double-Cooked Pork is a classic Sichuan spice sauce for the well-known dish Huí Guō Ròu (回锅肉). The combination of chili bean paste, fermented soybeans and aromatic spices delivers a rich, spicy and authentic flavor. Perfect for easily making traditional double-cooked pork at home.
Usage
Fry sliced pork together with, for example, leeks, bell peppers or other vegetables. Add the entire packet of spice mix and fry for a few more minutes until the ingredients are evenly coated in the sauce. Serve with freshly cooked rice.
