Shan Wai Shan Tie Guan Yin Oolong is a classic Chinese oolong tea made from carefully selected leaves of Camellia sinensis. Tie Guan Yin is known for its floral aroma, smooth flavor, and long aftertaste. The tea works just as well for everyday use as at traditional Chinese tea ceremonies and can be brewed multiple times without losing its character.
Usage
Use approximately 2–3 g of tea per cup. Brew with water at 90–95 °C for 1–3 minutes. The leaves can be brewed multiple times and gradually develop new flavor notes.
