Somi Spicy Garlic Sauce is a Japanese condiment containing a full 24% garlic, combined with soy sauce and red chili for a rich, aromatic and slightly spicy flavor. It works perfectly as a dipping sauce, marinade or condiment for grilled meat, chicken, seafood, noodles and stir-fried vegetables.
Usage
Use as a dipping sauce for dumplings and grilled dishes, as a marinade for meat and chicken, or stir into noodles, wok dishes and fried rice for an extra garlic and chili kick.
