Song Xian Xian Matsutake Mushroom Seasoning is a natural umami seasoning made with matsutake and several other mushroom varieties. This seasoning contains no added MSG (E621) or artificial flavorings, and delivers a rich, rounded, natural flavor. It works excellently as a vegetarian alternative to traditional bouillon powder and can be used in both Asian and Western cooking.
Usage
Use as a versatile seasoning in soups, noodles, wok dishes, pots, rice, vegetable dishes, marinades, and sauces. Sprinkle over food during cooking or just before serving to enhance its natural umami flavor.
