Product description: Vietnamese rice mix for making soft and fluffy coconut rice cakes. Contains a separate pouch of coconut milk powder and makes it easy to prepare the traditional Vietnamese dish bánh đúc cốt dừa at home.
Usage: Mix the rice mix with the coconut pouch, 800 ml water and 15 ml cooking oil. Stir thoroughly, pour the batter into a greased mold and steam over medium heat for approximately 15 minutes or until the cake is fully cooked.
