Vinh Thuan breadcrumb mix is a crispy breading blend made from wheat flour, rice flour and cornstarch. It creates a golden, flaky coating when frying and is particularly suitable for shrimp, fish, chicken, vegetables and other fried dishes.
Usage
Use as a breading for, for example, shrimp, fish, meat or vegetables. Evenly coat the ingredients with the breadcrumb mix and fry until the coating is golden and crispy.
